👤 Becoming an Applicant
Creating Your Profile
Sign up with your email to create an applicant profile. You'll need to provide a unique username, description, and optional display name to help people understand what kind of feedback you're seeking.
Admin Verification
After registration, administrators review your application to ensure authenticity. This verification process helps maintain trust in the community and prevents abuse.
Managing Your Visibility
You can choose to appear in the public feed or keep your profile private. Private profiles can only be accessed via direct link, giving you control over who can send you feedback.
Receiving Feedback
Once verified, you'll receive anonymous feedback in your dashboard. All feedback is encrypted and only visible to you and authorized administrators for moderation purposes.
🔒 Security & Trust
Verified Identities
Applicants undergo an admin verification process to ensure authenticity. Look for the "VERIFIED" badge to identify applicants who have been confirmed by administrators.
Abuse Prevention
Our platform includes built-in protections against spam and malicious content. These measures work quietly in the background to keep the platform safe for everyone.
Content Moderation
Administrators can review feedback for abusive content. Applicants can also flag concerning submissions for admin review while maintaining sender anonymity.

💡 Tips for Effective Feedback
Be Specific
Instead of general comments, provide specific examples or situations. This helps the recipient understand exactly what you're referring to and how they can improve.
Stay Constructive
Frame your feedback in a positive, actionable way. Focus on behaviors or outcomes rather than personal attributes. Suggest improvements rather than just pointing out problems.
Provide Context
Help the recipient understand the situation or timeframe you're referring to. Context makes feedback more valuable and easier to act upon.
Balance Your Message
Include both what's working well and areas for improvement. Balanced feedback is more likely to be well-received and acted upon.
🎯 For Applicants: Maximizing Feedback
Craft a Clear Profile
Choose a memorable username and write a clear description of what kind of feedback you're seeking. The more specific you are, the more relevant feedback you'll receive.
Share Your Link
Your unique profile URL (/op/your-username) can be shared anywhere. Include it in your email signature, social media, or wherever you interact with your audience.
Respond to Patterns
Look for recurring themes in the feedback you receive. Multiple people mentioning similar points often indicates areas worth attention.
Keep Your Profile Updated
Regularly update your description to reflect your current focus areas. This ensures the feedback you receive stays relevant to your needs.
